Houston, TX Senior Manager will be responsible for Compensation Consulting business development, contact with decision makers at key clients, market analysis, organize and lead pursuit teams, lead aspects of the proposal development process, contribute to proposal pricing strategy, develop solutions and methodologies, speaking and publication in industry periodicals, staff development, manage engagement risk, project management including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
15+ years of Compensation consulting firm experience including ability to work on multiple projects, market analysis, writing proposals, participating in business development activities, ability to work well with others in a team environment, self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision, strong written, verbal and quantitative skills and attention to detail.
Salary: 150K to 200K (based upon experience, knowledge & education)
