Client Service Manager
Philadelphia, PA
Client Service Manager is responsible for managing a staff of eight, comprised of Account Officers and Account Executives, delivering excellent client service to plan sponsors, brokers/agents and financial partners in all aspects of Defined Contribution retirement plan services. The Manager will lead the staff in maintaining service standards in an environment that promotes achievement and professional growth.
Duties and Responsibilities of Client Service Manager:
• Motivate, lead and support team members to provide excellent customer service by ensuring staff is properly trained to respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Participate in the hiring process by conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Responsible for providing team members with substantive, periodic feedback on performance, including the completion of performance planning, performance updates and the annual performance appraisal.
• Monitor service levels and telephone call productivity.
• Review and act upon daily production reports.
• Plan and organize workflow in order to meet service commitments.
• Produce weekly/monthly production reports outlining completed and pending cases.
• Develop staffing strategies for appropriate allocation of resources to meet business needs and client service commitments/objectives.
• Coordinate the successful training and instruction of new associates.
• Develop staff on industry knowledge, general business skills set, and professional development.
• Develop workflow alternatives to streamline the production process, including identification of opportunities for improvement, recommendations for changes and implement those changes.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree required
• Advanced degree or industry specific certification (ASPPA, CEBS, etc.) strongly preferred
• 8+ years Defined Contribution experience, including 5+ years supervisory/managerial
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Comprehensive knowledge of DC record keeping system and retirement plans; or experience in
recordkeeping systems at other recordkeeping providers
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Superior skills in Interpersonal, Presentation, Written and Oral Communication, Conflict Resolution,
Project Management, Coaching and Mentoring and Time Management
• Must be able to travel up to 25%

Salary: 60K to 90K + 10K bonus (based upon experience & knowledge)

Retirement Plans Administrator
Mobile, AL
Plans Administrator will provide full service defined contribution recordkeeping and administration primarily in the small plan market, including plan design, compliance design and compliance testing.
The candidate must be proficient in the following areas:
• Pension law and regulations, plan design, documentation and compliance testing.
• Consultation with owner/operators on profit sharing plan design.
• Response to consulting and administrative questions from clients and prospective clients.
• Determination of plan eligibility and contribution levels.
• Knowledge of Relius Administration and other Relius systems a plus.
2+ years defined contribution administration experience including plan design, compliance & administration and a very highly motivated, organized, detail oriented individual.

Salary: 45K to 65K
